Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload, share, or distribute:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - reported immediately to authorities
Content promoting terrorism or violence
Copyrighted material without authorization
Malware, viruses, or harmful software
Personal information of others without consent (doxxing)
Illegally obtained data or documents
Content that violates any applicable laws

⚠️ Violation of these terms will result in immediate content removal, IP blocking, and may be reported to law enforcement.

Acceptable Use

File Storage & Deletion

Files are stored temporarily based on your selected expiration time
We reserve the right to delete any file at any time without notice
We are not responsible for lost or deleted files
Password-protected files do not guarantee absolute security
Do not use this service as your only backup solution

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store and serve the file for sharing purposes only.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Files will remain available for the full expiration period
The Service will meet your specific requirements
Any defects will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STYLOSHARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed $10 USD or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
